Organization Admin Reference
Organization admins manage their training team, monitor usage, and configure organization settings. This reference covers all org-level features.
Trainer management
Invite trainers
- Go to Organization > Trainers
- Tap Invite trainer
- Enter the trainer’s email address
- The trainer receives an email invitation
Invited trainers can create an account or link an existing SimuVital account to your organization.
View trainer list
The trainer list shows:
- Trainer name and email
- Status (active, pending invite)
- Last session date
- Number of sessions created
Remove trainers
- Find the trainer in the list
- Tap the remove icon
- Confirm the removal
Removed trainers lose access to the organization but keep their personal account and data.
Organization settings
Configure your organization profile:
- Organization name — displayed to trainers in the dashboard
- Contact information — admin contact details
- Plan details — current plan type and renewal date
Usage statistics
Track your organization’s activity:
- Total sessions created — across all trainers
- Total trainees connected — unique trainee connections
- Active trainers — trainers who created sessions in the current period
- Usage trends — activity over time
Statistics help you understand adoption and plan for capacity needs.
Plan information
Your organization plan defines:

|---|---|
| Max trainers | Maximum number of trainers in the organization |
| Max trainees per session | Maximum trainees that can join a single session |
| Plan duration | Subscription period (annual) |
