How to Invite a Trainer

If you are an organization admin, you can invite other trainers to your organization. This guide covers adding, managing, and removing trainers.

Prerequisites

  • You must have an organization admin role
  • Your organization plan must have available trainer slots

Invite a new trainer

  1. From the trainer dashboard, go to Organization settings
  2. Open the Trainers section
  3. Tap Invite trainer
  4. Enter the trainer’s email address
  5. Tap Send invite

The invited trainer will receive an email with instructions to create their account or link their existing account to your organization.

View your trainer list

In the Organization > Trainers section, you can see:

  • All trainers in your organization
  • Their status (active, pending invite)
  • When they last created a session

Remove a trainer

  1. Go to Organization > Trainers
  2. Find the trainer you want to remove
  3. Tap the remove icon
  4. Confirm the removal

Removed trainers lose access to your organization’s resources but retain their personal account.

Organization plan and limits

Your plan determines:

  • Maximum number of trainers in the organization
  • Maximum number of trainees per session
  • Plan duration and renewal details

Check Organization > Settings to see your current plan details and usage.
