Service Description

SimuVital is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for vital-sign simulation in medical training. Trainers create live sessions where trainees view simulated vital signs (heart rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, respiratory rate) on their devices in real time.

SimuVital is not a medical device. It is intended exclusively for educational and training purposes. It must not be used for medical diagnosis, patient monitoring, or clinical decision-making on real patients.

Account Types

• Trainer: Requires an email address for authentication. Trainers create and manage simulation sessions.
• Trainee: Anonymous access. No account or personal information required. Trainees join sessions via a code or QR code.
• Organization Administrator: Manages trainers and organization settings within a paid plan.

Plans and Pricing

• Free plan: Unlimited sessions with up to 2 connected trainees. No credit card required.
• Annual plans: Higher trainee limits and organization management features. Pricing is available upon request.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SimuVital only for legitimate medical training and education purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for real patient monitoring or medical diagnosis
• Attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The free plan is provided on a best-effort basis with no service-level agreement (SLA). Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Intellectual Property

SimuVital, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of its creators. You retain ownership of any content you create within the platform (e.g., custom scenarios). You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the SimuVital platform.

Termination

You may stop using SimuVital and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

SimuVital is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. SimuVital is a training tool — it does not replace professional medical judgment or certified medical equipment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
